Phoenix proper is the heart of our work — and the most varied. Historic Encanto and Coronado bungalows with zero wall insulation, 1960s–80s ranches in Sunnyslope and Maryvale running R-11 attics, and new builds in Laveen and Desert Ridge that deserve better than the builder-minimum package. Arcadia and the old citrus corridors add a wrinkle the rest of the country doesn't think about: roof rats, which turn fiberglass attics into nesting habitat and make removal-plus-foam the standard prescription there.

Mesa has one of the Valley's largest stocks of 1970s–90s block homes, most of them still wearing the R-11 attic insulation they were born with. Chandler's 1990s–2000s production homes have a signature complaint: the two-story bonus room over the garage that will not cool. Foaming the garage ceiling, knee-walls, and attic above attacks all three at once.

Gilbert is growth country: new construction, ADUs, casitas, and additions for young families watching their energy bills closely. Foaming at the framing stage is the cheapest insulation will ever be — open cavities, no removal, and the chance to right-size the HVAC from day one.

For existing Gilbert two-stories, the story mirrors Chandler: bonus rooms, west-facing bedrooms, and attic ductwork that begs for a sealed roof deck. SRP territory means the up-to-$600 insulation rebate applies to qualifying attic upgrades.

Glendale mixes older housing stock near its historic downtown with the sports-and-entertainment district's commercial buildings and a growing west-side warehouse belt. The older homes are classic under-insulated desert ranches — prime sealed-attic candidates — while the commercial side calls for closed-cell on metal buildings and SPF roofing systems on flat decks.

If you operate a warehouse or shop near Westgate and your cooling costs are the biggest line on the utility bill, foam on the roof deck is usually the highest-leverage fix available.

Tempe brings us mid-century homes with character and thermal problems to match, plus a large rental and multifamily market around ASU. Landlords and property managers use us for portfolio work: sealed attics cut tenant complaints, protect AC equipment from heat-soak, and make units genuinely livable in August.

Tempe homes near the flight path and the light-rail corridor get a bonus from open-cell foam: it's a genuine sound absorber, and wall-cavity foam noticeably quiets interiors along busy arterials.

Peoria's growth up the Lake Pleasant corridor — Vistancia and its neighbors — means newer homes with big attics and bigger cooling loads. Builder-minimum insulation meets 115°F summers, and the upstairs suffers for it. Roof-deck foam brings those attics, and the ducts inside them, into the thermal boundary.

Peoria is also the Valley's RV-garage and toy-shop capital. Metal RV garages are brutal heat traps; closed-cell foam on the metal skin controls both temperature and condensation, turning a 140°F storage box into a usable shop.

Surprise's newer stucco homes and active-adult communities near Sun City Grand are the single-story, sealed-attic sweet spot: one attic, ducts in it, immediate payback. Summer electric bills topping $400 are routine here, and a sealed roof deck typically claws back 20–40% of the cooling spend.
